Going Bonkers

There is a place in Town called "Going Bonkers." It is a great Chuck E. Cheese's alternative. It is like a gigantic indoor play place. The boys had earned their "muffin Men" money so we could all "go bonkers" on Ephraims birthday. After the wreck we weren't sure we could go without a van. At the park one of our friends said we could borrow hers for the evening. It had already been a long day and we were debating whether or not it was worth going. We decided it would be a while before we would have the time to come again so decided to go. When we got there, they told us it was open house night and everything was free. We didn't believe it. It felt like our lucky day (nothing like being rear-ended to start your day off great.) We played for a few hours and unwound from the stress of the day. Ephraim said it was a great birthday. I'd have to agree.

Hey hey! It's good to see you again! I'm so sorry about your van. Glad everyone was ok & that Ephraim still proclaimed it a good birthday. We loved the bit about how he was shocked his clothes still fit.

Your posts make me smile! Except for the van bit. I'm so sorry about that! Hey, I noticed that in your kitchen you either have a very low counter or a very high floor... :)

Hey, guys! You have so many cool things going on. Mom is always telling me about your good ideas. I love the birthday signs on the door to make it special. We sure missed hearing from you.

K ya'll, I just saw Mom's post about the grandparents visit to your place. Here's my little plea: post more! I feel like I barely know you and you'd be great to know well! I am amazed about the paper route! Seriously. That's a ton of work, but what a fantastic idea. So post about your goings on--doesn't have to be spectacular events, but the mundane stuff.

I said it on my blog, but I'll say it here again......

Four little boys who are very busy make it almost impossible for Denise to post. Plus, they move far too fast for a digital camera, so all their photos have to be film, then developed, then scanned.

This is why I took so many photos. Trust me....I may have come home with 417, but I probably deleted that many just after taking them because it was a blur.

So, Jason, favorite memories of you... You took a lot of the good ones. Nothing beats "wiggle around," "hippopotomus," and "haircut." But do you remember reading and re-reading your 2nd grade compositions about picking up the dog poop? Or putting the National Geographic cards in "Animal Alphabet Order?" Or how about all those silly movie clips with Frank Feldman. I remember being a weather girl and predicting that there would be a lot of sharks around the pacific ocean region of the globe. :)

Yeah, and I'm going to have to agree with Carin. We miss hearing from you. It was really great to get a note from you on our blog. Made my day, really. Glad you still remember us!

Jason-Kelli pointed out that I haven't returned the favor and posted favorite memories of you. I think we've already covered my most favorite (trash can breaking. You reminded me of the "oh my leg, my leg hurts" game though! I'd forgotten that. I still don't remember hippopotamus or the or haircut. You'll have to remind me.

Hey Black Family, looks like you all are doing great!
Going bonkers is a great place. We wish there was one up here in Michigan, but we have to make due with Chuck E Cheese's. Your kids are so adorable!
Take Care
