Park Delay
We were on our way to the park when we were rear-ended and pushed into a truck that was in front of us. It was a miracle that no one was badly hurt. Ephraim had a few cuts on his leg from the glass shattering from the back window. Jaron had decided to wear a long sleeve shirt and jeans that day. Josiah's seat had flipped up and cocooned him against the glass that flew through to the front of the van. The boys were very upset about the Van being broken. They had to tow it from the scene as the radiator was cracked and leaking. Thankfully everything turned out well. The Relief Society President was able to pick us up in her van and took us to the park to play and unwind. We actually forgot to take the brownies and left them on the counter at home. (Thank goodness they weren't in the back of the Van.) The RS Pres. ran some errands while we played. While she was shopping she ran into Ephraims Primary teacher and explained what had happened. She picked up a birthday present for Ephraim and sent it back with the Relief Society Pres. The whole day was a blessing.
