Kids in the Kitchen

Here are a few random cooking/eating pictures. The boys love making oatmeal for breakfast. Jaron usually gets out the pot and gets the water on the stove. Simeon has become the cooking assistant and is sure the water boils faster when it is stirred.

Our Neighborhood holds an annual Garage Sale that draws thousands of people. We decided that we weren't interested in pricing all the "stuff" that I no longer wanted around the house. So we had a "FREE SALE" and had the boys run a Muffin Men Stand. The free stuff attracted the crowds of people and the boys were so cute all bundled up that no one could help but buy a $1 muffin. Jaron was a pushy muffin salesman, as he would yell at people "You forgot to buy a muffin", and "Don't you want to buy one of my muffins?" It was very successful. We sold out of Muffins in an hour and a half and made $45. I think we will run our small business again next year.
